MUSA Cancels 2020 Spring/Summer Season

The Marshall United Soccer Association (MUSA) Board of Directors has decided to cancel the 2020 spring/summer season due to the ongoing risks presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. While this was an unfortunate decision, it was made with the health and safety of players, families, spectators, coaches, and officials as our primary concern. 

MUSA will be giving full refunds for all player registration fees already paid[LM1] . Registrations that were paid via credit card will be reimbursed back onto the same credit card. Registrations that were paid via cash or check will be refunded via check. Refunds will be sent out the week of May 25th. MUSA is incurring some costs for this season as the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) is not refunding player activation fees back to the Club (approximately $1,500). We will be providing workouts that players can do by themselves. If we are safely able to do so later this summer, we will offer opportunities for modified local league play. Again, this was a very difficult decision, but it was made with the health and safety of everyone in mind.
